Hello! I'm Whitney, a Trainer and Health and Fitness Coach. I have a Bachelors in Health + Exercise Sciences, am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine, I write programs, I help with emotional, mental, physical health and wellness. I believe that it can start by taking care of your body and an entire realm of mental and emotional health opens up. I have been there and am a testament to what physical health can do for mental health.
I want to change lives. My goal is to help Women see their worth and come to find their strength through overcoming limiting beliefs. I will help find the specific tools to best help each individual become their best self long term. My goal is that when you finish a personal training and coaching session with me, you will have learned enough and can continue on a positive path of consistent physical and mental progress.
