    Looking for a program to add some spice to your life?  Have you ever sat, looking around your home, wishing you knew some fun exercises you could crank out with only dumbbells and mini bands?  Exercises that were stacked together in such a way as to maximize weight loss in a short amount of time while ALSO building lean metabolic tissue (that's the stuff that will help you burn calories while you watch your daily dose of reality T.V. ;) ).  


    My high intensity 12 week program is built for home, gym or even the park with your kids!  Each day is fun, different, challenging and can be done in 35 minutes or less.  So effective that you will be opening the Peanut Butter Jar yourself instead of looking around for help.  I designed this program around building strength to crank out pushups on your feet, jump higher, run faster and maybe even do a pistol squat.  On top of all that, you'll lose inches and gain some spectacular murves (those are muscle curves that only ladies have the power to gain).  This program is a great base to kick-start significant long term weightloss and can be used as a template to create your own workouts in the future.
