Custom Personal Training
Do you have specific goals in mind but are not sure where to start or how to accomplish them? This is where I come in with specific questions to determine what you need to accomplish those goals. I will write you a program based on the equipment you have available to you and your time available to work out. Ideally the program lasts 4 weeks and at the beginning of the fourth week we go over results, deficiencies, concerns, accomplishments in order to write the next installment to keep you on the path to your desired results.
WHEN PURCHASING: You will recieve a document with the questions I need the answers to to write your program. As soon as you email the document back to me at email@example.com I can write your program. I will have it to you within 7 days!
